Russia is seeking to boost its economic relations and collaboration with Mongolia, in an attempt to gain access to the nations’ vast mineral reserves which include uranium. But experts are still waiting to see if Ulaan Baatar will be drawn from its traditional "multi-vectored" diplomacy which cultivates ties with Moscow and Beijing, but also with other powers, in particular the United States
