Critique of the draft Oyutolgoi Investment Agreement to be signed between the Government of Mongolia and Ivanhoe Mines Mongolia Inc., submitted for review to the State Great Khural
It is up to the State Great Khural to decide whether or not to endorse these agreements as a law. The Open Society Forum trusts this decision shall be issued based on careful examination and discussion of each and every clause of the draft agreements. In order to assist members of parliament in this process, herewith we are providing our initial assessment of the draft agreements.
