French President Nicolas Sarkozy has invited his Mongolian counterpart Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj to an international conference initiated by Paris on atomic energy, the Mongolian government said Tuesday.

The international conference will be co-organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Economic Cooperation and Development Organization and other international bodies.
