The main direction of the privatization of state property in 2009-2012 was discussed and the issue of privatizing the certain part of the state owned companies such as Baganuur, Shivee Ovoo, MIAT, Mongolia Telecom, Mongolia Post, Darkhan Steel Factory, Khutul Cement and Limestone, Heating Power Station II, Mongolbolgargeo, Heating Station of Dalanzadgad, Autoimpex, will be proposed to the State Great Khural.
In doing so, they will be privatised through tender bid, international selection, the result of the management and if necessary, additional shares will be issued for the companies which require additional investment via domestic and foreign stock exchanges.
